Terrible communication. Wrong item still with me.

Wrong item delivered to me.
I sent email informing audio pro with pictures of the item.
I received an email asking me to send pictures.
I sent my original email again!

Received a link for a handling company called GO10. It accepted the return of the incorrect item but no email. no QR code, no instructions.

I wrote back to audio pro saying I didn't have anything to take to the drop off, with the incorrect item.
Received an email back asking if I'm writing back because the return process hasn't worked?
I wrote back saying it hadn't hence my email.

Still waiting for a response.
It's been over a week.
I haven't got my item. Someone hasn't got theirs.
They've sent this review request though.

Christmas will soon be here.

Excellent build as usual from audio pro,easy to connect,and sounds and works very well.Connected it to my Add-on T10.....sounds great.Another excellent product from audio pro....well done👍

Great little addition to my two C3s. Used to output the line signal to an active subwoofer. Pity that C-Sub is not available
